Newly applying Pension issue’s and solutions:*

P1. Some mandatory details for given aadhar card number is not available in GSWS service

SOL: This message will be displayed when the Applicant DOB/Gender is zero or null In GSWS household mapping. Applicant need to do the household mapping till DOB/Gender reflects in household mapping app once again to enter the application.


P2. Provided Aadhar Details Not Available in RTGS.

Sol:This message is displayed when the given AADHAAR is not available in OLD PSS service. As we are fetching photo to print in Pension card from OLD PSS.  If the survey is done in PSS this error will be rectified. We are looking for another solution to overcome this issue. Will let you know once resolved.


P3. The remote server returned an error: (504) Gateway Timeout.

Sol:This is server error. User need to try after some tile. This may be due to server fluctuations.


P4. The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.

Sol:This is server error. User need to try after some tile. This may be due to server fluctuations.


P5. ALREADY EXIST WITH GIVE AADHAR /SADAREM ID

Sol:If the AADHHAR or SADAREM ID already available in live or new application this message will be displayed.


P6. SOME PENSIONERS DATA IS NOT AVAILABLE IN WELFARE SECREARY LOGIN BUT IT WAS ENTERED BY EDUCATION SECRETARY LOGIN.

Sol:Most of the cases WEA and MPDO has approved the applications. In some cases Departmental data from RTGS is pending to be received. Such cases are on HOLD. This is being taken up with concerned team for rectification of the issue.


P7. “Given Aadhar Number Does not belongs secretariat

Sol:Check whether the applicant mapped to that secretariat or not from the Know your volunteer link in GSWS portal. If it is mapped and still showing the error, do the household mapping once again with volunteer and try after 24 Hrs.


P8. Given Sadarem Code is Not Eligible For Disability Pension As it is a Temporary Certificate

Sol:Temporary SADAREM certificates are not allowed for sanction of pensions.


P9. Given Sadarem Code is  Invalid.

Sol:If the applicant have the valid SADAREM certificate and raised a grievance in hospital for increase in % then the issued SADAREM certificate will be invalid. Applicant need to book slot once again to get new SADAREM certificate and after issuing new certificate user needs to apply once again.


P10. Date of birth, gender Details not available in GSWS service for given aadhaar card Number

Sol:This message will be displayed when the Applicant DOB/Gender is zero or null In GSWS household mapping. Applicant need to do the household mapping till DOB/Gender reflects in household mapping app once again to enter the application.


P11. The remote server returned an error (400) bad request

Sol:This is server error. User need to try after some tile. This may be due to server fluctuations.


P12. ABH pensioner was not able to apply for Widow/OAP.

Sol:There is no issue in this. Applications are being entered for same AADHAAR if She is eligible for regular pensions. This is not allowed if any other pension is still available in that household(Apart from Abhyastam)


P13. Rejected pension applications are not came to WEA or MPDO for appeal.

Sol:During initial days DOB has been give for editing. As per the department instructions this editing has been disabled and validated as per the DOB from GSWS. Such rejected applications are not given for appeal as per department confirmation.



P14.No data found in WEA login but showing in beyond SLA.

Sol:In some cases Departmental data from RTGS is pending to be received. Such cases are on HOLD for display and counts are being displayed in reports. This is being taken up with concerned team for rectification of the issue.
